All the actions taken by our kindergarten teachers, nurses and the management are driven by the effort to create a loving, family-like, harmonious atmosphere for the children throughout the day. The entire kindergarten staff are united in their belief that all children should be handled with loving care and expertise.

Our teachers are all qualified university graduates with several years of professional experience. The nurses caring for the nursery age group (ages 1 to 3) are graduates from medical secondary schools, hold infant and child caretaker certificates and have several years of professional experience.

In addition to the mandatory qualification requirements we expect from our teachers a high level of love of children, a sense of responsibility, openness, patience and honest communication. The kindergarten’s management has set the target of performing a high level educational work for its teachers, and motivates its teachers to reach these goals.

The work of our teachers is supported by a contracted speech therapist, a child psychologist and a development teacher. Children's physical growth is continuously monitored by a paediatrician, a district nurse and a dentist.
