We strive to keep our ecological footprint to the absolute minimum. That philosophy revolves around minimising the burden on natural resources and giving the generation of children who attend our nursery and kindergarten the opportunity to live in a healthy environment in 20-30 years’ time and beyond.

Thanks to our comprehensive environmental protection programme, more than 85% of our paper waste, 100% of our PET bottles and 100% of our cooking oil is taken to recycling sites. Worn out electrical appliances (such as CD players, washing machines, vacuum cleaners.) are taken to a recycling container in Budaörs, rather than being thrown out.

To lessen our CO2 emissions, we have replaced conventional light bulbs with more modern ones. That one little step has reduced the CO2 emissions from our lighting by 80%. By installing the latest taps, we have reduced our water usage by 28%.

We strive to minimise our ecological footprint in as many fields as possible to preserve the environment for coming generations too. Our teachers convey that approach to the children during the various activities and everyday life.
