Both the parents of children who attend the Pinocchio Kindergarten and Nursery in District II of Budapest and the children themselves are entitled to participate in a range of free sessions.
Each kindergarten child can participate in as many of the sessions as desired throughout their attendance at the kindergarten.

HAPPY GYM is a playful, 30-minute gym class for kindergarten children. It is held in English once a week. The children learn English in a fun way while moving around. Happy Gym encourages the children’s love of both the English language and physical exercise, which promotes their development in both. SKILLED HANDS sessions give the children the chance to do extracurricular arts and crafts. They make items such as a bird feeder, framed picture or pencil holder. Through weekly FOLK DANCING sessions the kindergarten children can experience the liberating power of folk music and develop their gross motor skills. During the DRAMA IN FIFTEEN MINUTES sessions, which are held on a weekly basis for each kindergarten group, the children can give free expression to the joys and challenges of the past week. All the above sessions are fully optional.

We offer the following free events to parents of the nursery and kindergarten children: At our PINOCCHIO TALKS ON PARENTING AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT, recognised speakers discuss relevant topics of importance, after which they are available to answer parents’ questions. These talks are a helpful aid for parents and focus on subjects that are of interest to them. Each year the topics of the talks are selected according to parents’ requests.
Parents who are keen to exercise and be part of a close-knit community are welcome to participate in our ZUMBA classes led by a professional trainer.
