The skills of children in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years of kindergarten are developed with due consideration to the unique characteristics of the given age group. The activities cover the following curriculum: stories and poems, singing and music, visual learning, physical education, nature study and quantitative and qualitative relationships.

Our teachers provide special introductory activities for new children in the 1st year to familiarise them with the new kindergarten community and the daily schedule etc.

From the 1st year of kindergarten onwards, the activities build upon one another in such a way that the children are superbly prepared for school by the time they reach the end of the 3rd year. The kindergarten activities specifically target the development of the children’s cognitive skills such as their sensory awareness, perception, attention span, observation, memory, reflection and problem solving. In line with the kindergarten’s learning programme, the children acquire the skills and abilities needed for school while engaging in these educational games and activities.

Our learning programme places special emphasis on introducing the children to a wide variety of techniques (crayons, paints, modelling clay, glue, pottery clay etc.) during arts and crafts sessions to nurture their creativity.

During guided development activities, the children continue to learn and further their knowledge by using exercise sheets and books that are suitable for their age in each kindergarten group.
